Our general terms for selling horses:

25% of the purchase price is required to hold any horse for sale. The 25% will be applied as the downpayment and it is non-refundable, however if you decide you do not want the horse, your downpayment can be applied to any other horse we offer for sale. We keep all horses until they have been paid in full and after one month from the day we receive the downpayment we charge $4.00 per day for board. The first month's board is free.
Young foals for sale: Board is free on foals age 5 months and younger.

All reasonable offers are considered, and financing is available upon approval.
Delivery may be possible within 250 miles of our home, (for a reasonable fee).

Please note: We can not and do not hold horses from an inquiry or email alone. Horses are only held once the 25% down has been received. Please don't feel you have a claim to first rights simply because you have written or called about a horse. Thank you for your understanding.
